Once you have received authorization to return your order,
please follow these steps to insure that we receive the item in top condition:
1. Package item(s) securely in box
2. Make sure to include a copy of the invoice that was sent with your order.
If you can't find your invoice, please click here for help.
3. If return is because of our error, then we will credit your account for the shipping cost.
4. When you mail your package, make sure to get tracking on it, so that if something happens the Post Office will have record or it, and be able to find it.
5. You will be notified when we receive the item, and your account will be credited, or you will receive store credit for the item(s). Otherwise your replacement item will be shipped immediately.
